02 · Onboarding

Employee onboarding

New employees receive a fully configured device on day one. User accounts, email, VPN, applications and security policies are set up in advance. We coordinate with your HR team and ensure a smooth start – whether the employee is in Zurich or working remotely.

03 · MDM & Management

Device management (MDM / Intune)

All devices are enrolled in Microsoft Intune or a compatible MDM solution. We manage software deployment, security policies, patch management and compliance monitoring centrally. Windows, macOS and iOS/Android are all supported.

04 · Maintenance & Support

Ongoing maintenance & field service

Hardware failures, software issues and user requests are handled by KPX AG – remotely or on-site. Our field service team covers the greater Zurich area. For urgent issues, we aim to be on-site within the agreed SLA window.

Device refresh & upgrade

We track the age and performance of every device in your fleet. When a device reaches end of life, we manage the replacement process – procurement, data migration, configuration and disposal of the old hardware in compliance with Swiss data protection regulations.

Employee offboarding

When an employee leaves, we ensure a clean and secure offboarding: account deactivation, device wipe, licence reassignment and documentation. All steps are logged for audit purposes.

Can you handle IT for a new office setup?

Yes. We handle complete new office IT setups: network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, server installation, workstation configuration and user onboarding. We coordinate all vendors and ensure everything is ready before your team moves in.

What happens to old devices when they are replaced?

We handle secure data wiping (DoD 5220.22-M standard) and environmentally compliant disposal of old hardware. You receive a certificate of destruction for audit and compliance purposes.

Do you support remote employees outside Switzerland?

For remote employees, we ship pre-configured devices directly to their location. MDM management, software deployment and support are provided remotely regardless of where the employee is located.
